Captsleepy.com asks---
WHERE DOES IRV BRADLEY LIVE?
OR

I was told Irv Bradley was moving into the Broad Street Bank building right after the New Year, thus satisfying the residency requirements for employment with the city of Trenton --or so we thought.

Being the curious bloke that I am I began watching for Irv's city car to be parked by the building to verify that he was in fact a resident there. To my surprise Irv's city issued unmarked Crown Victoria was seen there regularly Monday nights through Thursday nights, but as expected not Friday night through Sunday.

Then I went by on Thursday January 24 2008 and saw this.

Parked on Montgomery St. in front of the Broad Street Bank apartment building was an unmarked TPD Ford Expedition with emergency red lights. This is one of two unmarked Ford Expeditions Trenton Police Director Santiago bought when he first arrived in Trenton, and this just so happens to be the same tricked out SUV that is used by special people in the inner circle of TPD. AKA/Cronies.

Then I went by Friday night and Saturday to see if either the Crown Victoria or the Expedition were parked out there and couldn't find either. I went by several times and never saw it once.

So today, Sunday January 27, 2008, I decided to take a road trip to Rahway NJ to see if I could locate a city owned Crown Victoria or Expedition parked at Irv's bona fide domicile.

Guess what I found?

Here's three pictures of the same unmarked TPD SUV with emergency red lights parked across the street from Irv's publicly recorded address in Rahway NJ. Yep, the same SUV that was parked in front of the Broad Street Bank apartment building Thursday night.

So what does that mean?

  • To me it says Irv really doesn't live at BSB, but is just renting a room there to skirt the residency requirements?
  • It also says that another one of Santiago's cronies is being given special dispensation when he flagrantly violates the rules and is in fact being rewarded by receiving a perk in the form of a car and free gas to use as he pleases.
  • This flagrant violation of the law should also show people like city business administrator Jane Feigenbaum that Irv needs to be fired, just like all the other employees she fired after she hired a private eye to follow them and found them to be allegedly residing elsewhere with even less evidence.

So once again hard evidence from Captsleepy.com shows preferential treatment by the new 'Good old boys' club and begs the question of how Irv got the job in the radio room when he wasn't a city resident, still isn't a city resident and probably has no plans on becoming a city resident?

I can only imagine the BS that will be flying tomorrow morning as the Palmer crew works feverishly to downplay this all too familiar Newark connection debacle. Good luck kids, this malcontent can't wait to hear about it.
