An eagle eyed captsleepy.com reader found this letter in the garbage and forwarded it me. It appears to be the letter written by Lt. Cooper regarding Capt. Messina's sleeping incident. As you'll see, the letter contradicts Capt. Messina's account given to a Trentonian reporter.
