Here's another letter allegedly sent to Trenton Police Director Joseph Santiago regarding the belligerent demeanor of Capt. Paul Messina. Although I'm not certain, I'd bet my sweet hiney that this letter didn't make it to Internal Affairs either, just like the one from Maryanne Klaus, principal of Grace Dunn Middle School.
